Get a FREE Homeschool ID Card! |
Looks good to me!
When you go to bookstores, including Borders and Barnes and Nobles and office supply stores, such as Staples, to register as a teacher and receive discounts one of these could be handy.
Do you have homeschool ID cards for your kids? What about for yourself? How have you used them?

Our local group has a template for an ID, but I haven't gotten around to really using it yet. I've had a lot of difficulty convincing our local B&N that homeschoolers are allowed to have the educator's discount. I suppose I should try a different store...
Good to see a post from you!

Hi Cristina,
it's good to "see" you too.
The first time I registered for an educator card at B&N I took my state registration form with me (in Kansas we register as non-accredited schools). They accepted that just fine.
I do notice that B&N always confirm by asking me if the books are for homeschooling every time I use my card. It must be their policy - Borders don't ask me the same questions.
